we do offer size exchanges (subject to availability) for eligible orders.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Hygiene stickers and tags must remain intact
• Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Please note:

• Pieces with visible signs of wear, damage, makeup, tanning products, or perfume will not be accepted
• Due to the natural nature of the shells, slight variations in shape, size, and texture are not considered defects

We create each piece in small batches with intention and care, and appreciate your understanding in supporting slow and conscious production.
