Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we strictly do not offer returns or cash/bank refunds under any circumstances. However, we want you to find your perfect fit, so we offer a one-time exchange policy per order.
Exchange Options
-Different Size: Exchange your item for the exact same style in a different size (subject to stock availability).
-Different Product: Exchange your item for any other product on our store.
•If the new item costs more: You will need to pay the remaining price difference.
•If the new item costs less: The remaining balance will be issued to you as store credit.
-Store Credit: If you aren't ready to choose a replacement right away, we can issue you store credit for the full value of your item to use on a future purchase.
-Exchange Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and protective hygiene liners intact.
-Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
